I discovered the Exits module while browsing the Lines forum. I’ve been curious about picking up a cheap output module, and this seemed like it would fit the bill, but the original GitHub project didn’t provide gerbers for having one fabricated.
Panel design is something I’ve wanted to explore, so I imported the SVG from the project into KiCAD, looked into how to create the proper holes in the board, and then adjusted everything to line up perfectly. The result looks sleek, and it’s reversible - one side is white printing on black, while the other is traced on the bare pcb material without any coating, similar to crucfx’s modules.
I haven’t had a chance to order or build any modules yet (I’m saving up for a large purchase at the end of the year, and couldn’t justify throwing more money and time at yet another DIY project), so I uploaded the panels to GitHub for the community to use.
